GBBest service ever! I ordered a bag of dog food that is really hard to find. I received it quickly but unfortunately my dog passed away the day the food arrived. I sent an email inquiring if the food could be returned because it was nearly $100 for 10lbs and it had not been open. The company responded promptly with a free return label for my dog food. GBThis is my 2nd Order This is my 2nd Order. My dogs love the food but the 1st bag was mostly like saw dust not solid bits. My sister told me this wasn’t normal so I order a 2nd bag but very hesitantly. The 2nd Bag has solid bits that my pups are enjoying. So I am glad I gave it a 2nd try but I do hope I don’t get another bag like the first.

GBSHOCKING SERVICE - They DO NOT come back to you if you want a refund or have an issue I received the bed & sadly it is not going to be suitable for my dog. I have reached out via E Mail, Chat & Facebook asking for someone to contact me reg a refund & a shipping label to return the bed. I have been told via auto answer I will be answered shortly, but 7 hours later I closed down my computer. They are quick to take your money, but very slow with any customer services. VERY DISAPPOINTING

GBA joke A joke. Oct 17, 23, Spent $139 on line for dog food. Sent email regard discount that I never received and placed order for a dog food we never got. Sent emails for response. Never heard from anyone. Tried calling 3X's, number not in use?? Scamming Clowns.

GBI want to cancel this subscription… I want to cancel this subscription order because one of our dogs got really sick after eating one, but I couldn’t find anywhere on your website where I could do this. The sick dog isn’t a puppy. She’s an 8-year old, 120 lb German shepherd.
