Scam Took my money (I was so excited to find my dog's favorite toy, I ordered three of them, as well as some others), confirmation email sent, all looked in order, then nothing. No response to follow up emails, no word at all. Total scam.

I want to cancel this subscription… I want to cancel this subscription order because one of our dogs got really sick after eating one, but I couldn’t find anywhere on your website where I could do this. The sick dog isn’t a puppy. She’s an 8-year old, 120 lb German shepherd.

Deserving of 5 stars To be honest, it nice to deal with a company that is 100 percent genuine. The treats that I have fed the dogs are very low in ingredients and they both love them. I will go on Koa's House first, prior to other dog website stores, to compare prices, adding in free shipping if offered as a plus.

Best service ever! I ordered a bag of dog food that is really hard to find. I received it quickly but unfortunately my dog passed away the day the food arrived. I sent an email inquiring if the food could be returned because it was nearly $100 for 10lbs and it had not been open. The company responded promptly with a free return label for my dog food.
