GBI made a purchase on Saturday 4-15 for… I made a purchase on Saturday 4-15 for 30 lbs of Nutro Ultra Large Breed Puppy Food, most places don't carry it, they were cheaper than most and comparable to 2 other companies $59.96 was their price. I downloaded the app for tracking info. I reached out via email on Mon 4-17 because I hadn't received tracking. They replied and it stated they were out of stock, which was a Blatant lie. The email was 3 short paragraphs and not automated. I went to the site immediately after and it was in stock with a price increase to $86.99. I replied back with screenshots. Their response was they reserve the right to change egregious prices and would refund me. I called the store and was talked over and the narrative given was it was a pricing error. The point is they were not accountable and unethical and not understanding. If they changed the price that should have been stated. There is no way to confirm it was a pricing error or they changed it when they realized other prices were higher. They could have honored the price I originally paid or not. But to state they were out of stock and then defend their stance with a lie of a pricing error is beyond me. Out of stock and price increase or pricing error are not the same. Out of stock is an obvious lie. I had to reached out to find out it wasn't going to be shipped. They should have reached out. They refunded me but it will take 5-10 business days. I will not order from them again and I want others to know of this behavior and my experience. It is the principal of not acknowledging and lying. At the end of the day I will still be ordering this brand at the regular or cheapest price, my time was wasted at Koa's House and so will the amount of time it takes for them or my bank to process the refund!

GBFirst of all I have a problem with a… First of all I have a problem with a company that doesn’t allow you to speak to a human being. And that does not include chatting online with people who are obviously engaged in five other conversations at the same time. I missed a 24 hour sale by maybe five hours I called in the morning and couldn’t place an order when you were offering a 25% discount I am 73 years old and I’ve been a good customer and I didn’t get any cooperation when I requested special consideration. Explaining I’m on a fixed income and this is a huge expense I was finally offered 10% which I did not take 10% is not in my mind a discount. Later in the day I received a new offer of 20% and didn’t get free shipping because you price your merchandise at a penny below what you need for a free shipment...So I was forced to have to buy 230 ounce packages at $100 to be able to receive a price reduction. I’m beginning to think perhaps I need to shop around for a different product. All of this would be acceptable except for the frustration I experienced when trying to actually have a verbal conversation not a written one. So there you have it you asked for my opinion now you got it. Koa is not user friendly! I just received a response from Cohen telling me that it was explain to me something that was not! I may be 73 years old but I still have my mind and you did not make it clear that it was free shipping on an order under $50 your Price each package for $49.99, making a single purchase under your minimum for free shipping. You did not explain to me I’m quite clear. Secondly I was on the phone for a good 1520 minutes after you or whoever handled me handled other people it was not exactly friendly warm experience. The more I think about this the more annoyed I am. I’m a businesswoman even if I am retired and I know what it’s like to have a distributor relationship with a manufacturer.... A business can discount out of their own profits and understand that seniors are no longer at their top earning potential. I shouldn’t even be wasting my time with this. I take away a star because I don’t need to be contradicted I know what was said during our conversation and it was a written conversation, so you might want to recheck your notes

GBBest service ever! I ordered a bag of dog food that is really hard to find. I received it quickly but unfortunately my dog passed away the day the food arrived. I sent an email inquiring if the food could be returned because it was nearly $100 for 10lbs and it had not been open. The company responded promptly with a free return label for my dog food. Thank you for your great service!

GBI want to cancel this subscription… I want to cancel this subscription order because one of our dogs got really sick after eating one, but I couldn’t find anywhere on your website where I could do this. The sick dog isn’t a puppy. She’s an 8-year old, 120 lb German shepherd.
