I was looking for a wide martingale… I was looking for a wide martingale collar for my German Shepherd that was also pretty. Most collars were only 1inch or less and then gets covered in their fur. This collar looked just like the pictures. Just the right width and really stands out on her neck, beautiful!

I want to cancel this subscription… I want to cancel this subscription order because one of our dogs got really sick after eating one, but I couldn’t find anywhere on your website where I could do this. The sick dog isn’t a puppy. She’s an 8-year old, 120 lb German shepherd.

A joke A joke. Oct 17, 23, Spent $139 on line for dog food. Sent email regard discount that I never received and placed order for a dog food we never got. Sent emails for response. Never heard from anyone. Tried calling 3X's, number not in use?? Scamming Clowns.

Excellent service Excellent service, great product. On the recommendation of Koa's House staff, I ordered the Earth Animal No-Hide Chews for my daughter's dog in Boston. The order was promptly sent and received in Boston, and the chews are now her dog's favorite treat!

Do not waste your time or money with… Do not waste your time or money with this company. Waited weeks for my order which finally arrived. Emailed within the hour of receipt to say how disappointed I was with the product and instigated my returns within their 30 days according to their own T&C’s. 1 week later and a number of emails/messages still no reply. No contact number of course! Total waste of money. They will take your money but highly unlikely you’ll get anything back or after sales service unless it’s a positive response! I am sadly, a customer writing this review but I cannot recommend them at all!
