SHOCKING SERVICE - They DO NOT come back to you if you want a refund or have an issue I received the bed & sadly it is not going to be suitable for my dog. I have reached out via E Mail, Chat & Facebook asking for someone to contact me reg a refund & a shipping label to return the bed. I have been told via auto answer I will be answered shortly, but 7 hours later I closed down my computer. They are quick to take your money, but very slow with any customer services. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Order never arrived and no responce Placed an order on 9/12/23 and it's still showing as order confirmed. Order KH25916 and it is almost a month later and no updates, ignored emails for status and the phone number on the site is out of service. I created an account and it always gives an error logging in every time so every order since has been through guest check out essentially. No way to speak to a representative and I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. I will make sure to not order from this company again.

Waterproof collar light - works great! We ordered another waterproof light for our dogs collar. We've tried 3 other brands from other sites and they are not waterproof. The one we got from Koa's House is great and the collar light works great, even under water. It arrived quickly and was well packaged.

Deserving of 5 stars To be honest, it nice to deal with a company that is 100 percent genuine. The treats that I have fed the dogs are very low in ingredients and they both love them. I will go on Koa's House first, prior to other dog website stores, to compare prices, adding in free shipping if offered as a plus.
