Best service ever! I ordered a bag of dog food that is really hard to find. I received it quickly but unfortunately my dog passed away the day the food arrived. I sent an email inquiring if the food could be returned because it was nearly $100 for 10lbs and it had not been open. The company responded promptly with a free return label for my dog food. This is my 2nd Order This is my 2nd Order. My dogs love the food but the 1st bag was mostly like saw dust not solid bits. My sister told me this wasn’t normal so I order a 2nd bag but very hesitantly. The 2nd Bag has solid bits that my pups are enjoying. So I am glad I gave it a 2nd try but I do hope I don’t get another bag like the first.

Deserving of 5 stars To be honest, it nice to deal with a company that is 100 percent genuine. The treats that I have fed the dogs are very low in ingredients and they both love them. I will go on Koa's House first, prior to other dog website stores, to compare prices, adding in free shipping if offered as a plus.

A joke A joke. Oct 17, 23, Spent $139 on line for dog food. Sent email regard discount that I never received and placed order for a dog food we never got. Sent emails for response. Never heard from anyone. Tried calling 3X's, number not in use?? Scamming Clowns.
