Koa's is a great place for pet food Koa's is a great place for pet food, treats and other related items. The prices are good and the very recent order that I placed included real fast delivery service that was fantastic.

Order never arrived and no responce Placed an order on 9/12/23 and it's still showing as order confirmed. Order KH25916 and it is almost a month later and no updates, ignored emails for status and the phone number on the site is out of service. I created an account and it always gives an error logging in every time so every order since has been through guest check out essentially. No way to speak to a representative and I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. I will make sure to not order from this company again.

This is my 2nd Order This is my 2nd Order. My dogs love the food but the 1st bag was mostly like saw dust not solid bits. My sister told me this wasn’t normal so I order a 2nd bag but very hesitantly. The 2nd Bag has solid bits that my pups are enjoying. So I am glad I gave it a 2nd try but I do hope I don’t get another bag like the first.

Excellent service Excellent service, great product. On the recommendation of Koa's House staff, I ordered the Earth Animal No-Hide Chews for my daughter's dog in Boston. The order was promptly sent and received in Boston, and the chews are now her dog's favorite treat!
