Order never arrive, Tradetang unwilling to help or refund me. Ordered a pair of trainers through Tradetang, the item never arrived. Tradetang unwilling to help me. It seems as if they don't believe that I didn't receive my order. Then I was not allowed to leave feedback on their site regarding my order (like ebay). Be very careful ordering through Tradetang, since my order went missing I have dug a little deeper into the company and I can see a lot of customers are left unhappy with the quality of the goods they receive and then you are left with the unwanted item as they want you to pay to return it which in most cases will cost more than the item you have received.

very doggy Bought a headphones that failed after one week. Send back to the company the faulty item, but no return comunication nor refund received. I would strongly recommend to avoid them.
