Completely in this dark with this purchase...UNACCEPTABLE I ordered two pairs of faux Oakley glasses a week ago and haven't heard a word from BamaSunglasses.us, despite attempts through their site. The funds have been withdrawn from my account but I didn't receive any email confirmation of my order and the company has not responded to my requests for the status of the order and tracking info; today when I went to the site to send yet another message the contact page not-surprisingly isn't able to process submissions. This is feeling more and more like a scam - I've noted to the company that in 24hrs I'll be notifying my bank of this fraudulent activity unless I receive some type of communication from the company, to include tracking info on my order (if there actually is an order). This level of "customer service", or the lack thereof, is entirely UNACCEPTABLE.

Quality of merchandise I was very pleased in the effort & timely manner in which my ordered was handled very efficient to my request on an eta. Would certainly make another purchase, & would highly recommend to other consumers
