I ordered a jumpsuit from Exlura and used the app to track my order. Although the app says "Successfully Delivered", I never received it. I was also unable to track my order using their company website with the order number I received. I have contacted them via email numerous times and have yet to hear back from them. They will NOT reply within 8 hours like it states on their website. Save your time and money! TOTAL SCAM!!!

The dress I ordered was advertised on a… The dress I ordered was advertised on a plus sized model, and because I had never order from this company before, I ordered a larger size than what I actually am in case it did run small. However, when I received my dress it was too small and not nearly the size I was expecting for a 3X. I'm extremely disappointed in what I received because it was such a nice looking dress online, but it did not meet my expectations.

I did reach out to customer service regarding the size I should order and they were very nice. I ordered a large and the jumper fits like a large should fit :) very happy with this website and experience.
