I contacted them by email (there is no obvious way of contacting by phone) a couple of days after I placed my order, about needing to make a change to my order, but I’ve received no response in the week since I sent that email, other than asking for a review. As a result the only thing I can comment on is their complete lack of response

GBI love both my shoes and cat outfit… I love both my shoes and cat outfit that came in the mail. They actually are the right size. The shipping took a little while which is to be expected out of Japan. Very cool shop go check them out.
