GBPoor customer service Poor customer service. I contacted them by email (there is no obvious way of contacting by phone) a couple of days after I placed my order, about needing to make a change to my order, but I’ve received no response in the week since I sent that email, other than asking for a review. As a result the only thing I can comment on is their complete lack of response
