GBI didn't receive items I ordered an item on Nov. 8th and today is Nov. 15 I didn't get delivered and anything still. I just got a confirmation email for my order, and now they are sending me a message about how's my experience. Where is my eyeglass? And when are you going to send it to me? GBCustomer service non existent. No response when the only way to request for a return is through email or contact message. Make sure you bought the right product otherwise you may be stuck w your purchase even if there’s a 14 day return policy.

GBI felt The persons that was returned… I felt The persons that was returned from other customers the wrapping is not proper has a scratch and balances I felt I was buying secondhand class
