Better than most ecommerce websites I know of I ordered a necklace to give my son as a gift on February 24th and today, March 7th, I finally received it. I knew the product wouldn't arrive in a matter of a day or two, so the wait was expected. The necklace looks exactly as it does on their website, feels of excellent quality, and has a good weight. During this process I contacted their customer service once to inquire about the timeline of my package (according to the tracking number it had been stuck at a warehouse in the neighbouring city for a while) and I received a kind reply to my email explaining the situation. Overall, if you are willing to wait more than a day or two for your package, this seems like an honest, reputable store to me.
