This website is fake This website is fake! Do not buy bags from this website. Go to MarkRydenUSA or MarkRydenCanada for North American purchases. I placed an order on MarkRydenBackpack.com and it has been over 10 days without the item being shipped. I have contacted their customer service multiple times but nobody answers or cares to provide any updates or even cancel my order. So I am going to now escalate this as a fraud and make them refund my money. I can’t believe nobody from MarkRyden US or Canada are going after these guys to take their website down.

Dummy office address This chain of eshops is untrustworthy. Their web says they guarantee a 30-day cashback, provided you send the backpack to their provided address. However, this address is a random apartment building at the edge of Los Angeles. Mark Ryden provides no phone as a contact, so I tried calling the apartment building - they never heard of this company. Similar situation holds for other "branch offices" (ranging from the UK, the Czech Republic, Vietnam, ...) - always a generic building without a connection to Mark Ryden. Sending the backpacks to such addresses is a non-option (as the cashback doesn't apply if the backpack fails to reach the company), so effectively, there is no cashback at all. That said, the backpacks arrived in good condition from China. The main problem is I planned to try which one suits me and to return the other one. I ended up selling it locally, which I figured would be safer than opting for the cashback.
