US"TOTAL DISASTER" ,THEY SHOULD BE SUED… "TOTAL DISASTER" ,THEY SHOULD BE SUED FOR FALSE ADVERTISING,AND OR NON PERFORMANCE". (I WILL see if it is monetarily worth it). DECEMEBER 31st 2023 I was there on December 31st to see JACOB FOREVER,AND "HE DID NOT SHOW UP". This PLACE is a SCAM, A TOTAL BAD JOKE!. They SOLD TABLES STARTING at $440 plus DRINKS.I purchased my entrance for me and my wife. I messaged ELECTRIC LADY, (and or the ORGANIZER) and VERIFIED at 9pm to see what time Jacob Forever was to arrive, go on STAGE AND THEY SAID AROUND MIDNIGHT. Since I did not want to miss the the MAIN SHOW and I had to CANCEL MY DINNER ARRANGEMENTS near by instead. I arrived at ELECTRIC LADY at 11:30pm and LEFT AT 3:00AM, ***JACOB FOREVER NEVER SHOWED***.This PLACE IS A TOTAL JOKE, up until appr. 2:00am the DJ'S NEVER EVEN MENTIONED THE SHOW, to the point that I was in doubt if he was PERFORMING there that night. They NEVER SAID A WORD ABOUT JACOB FOREVER throughout the night form 11:30pm that I arrived UNTIL APPR.2AM. I was so confused and concerned since I do know how these events work,(I have been to many of these events),that I stepped to the administration in charge in the Club and inquired. They ASSURED ME "JACOB FOREVER" BE THERE BETWEEN 12AM-12:30, they said that is the time he always shows up. At that point they DJ did account several times , "JACOB IS ON THE WAY" ,the DJ REPEATED THIS SEVERAL TIMES.I left at 3:am, the Club had maybe 2--30 persons in it,SINCE IT DOES CLOSE AT 3:AM

AUSimilar experience to Lance Similar experience to Lance. Customer service is non-existent with Electric. Not a problem if you have no issues but mine fell apart pretty quickly, very poorly made for the price. Do yourself a favour and buy from a reputable company.

USTried to get a hold of customer service… Tried to get a hold of customer service for a lost screw. I actually bought a screw kit but none of the sizes fit (beware) if you need replacement. It was just out of the blue that a screw was missing or backed out of the glasses. These are a good $200 pair of sunglasses and I own a few Electric sunglasses and use them for fishing. Regardless, after several messages and being told it would take at least 7 days to get back to me. My original message 08/29/20 they responded 09/01/20 and i've sent a follow up email and still, no response and its 09/17/20. 2-Star for lack of customer service otherwise i like there sunglasses but not at this costs, durability and customer service.

ITGood sunglasses, just a bit overpriced is my 3rd pair of electric; what to say: are lightweight, nice lenses and durable. One time happened that the film cover if a lens started to come out but they got life-time warranty so they replaced the sunglasses with a new pair. Cons? a bit overpriced, but good quality overall.

DK4 weeks use 4 weeks use, no more googles. Hi Sorry I can max give you 3 stars for your reply 8 month late. I do not have my Electric googles anymore, after 4 weeks of use the orange sun protection was washed off, and the googles for no use anymore. Between the 4 weeks the googles was stored in the original box. :-( I hope the new ones will be better. k rgds Johnny K rgds Johnny Madsen
