Only 10 days! I am afraid that it would take many days to arrive at beginning like some of people, but fortunately, my parcel arrived within 10 days, thanks god! Maybe CloudMall has improve their service. I will recommend to my friends and order again! :)

Cheap, nasty, poor quality and resembles a thin bed jacket rather than the thick faux fur jacket that was pictured. Communication from them is not existent !!! Save your money and stay away from these SCAMMERS !!!!

Very comfortable shoes I must say at first I was hesitant about purchasing on this site but if there is anyone who feels the same I can assure you that CloudMall sells quality products .I am very pleased with my purchase it’s the very same as it in online , fits just right , verrrrrry comfortable ( the most comfortable shoes I’ve hah) and it arrive within the time frame given.I must purchase again

False Advertisement I ordered a maturnity dress for my wedding in two weeks about a month ago and when it arrived yesterday it clearly WASN'T in any way a maturity dress. In fact I couldn't even lace it up without putting an unreasonable amount of pressure on my bump and it wouldn't even fully lace up. Not only is it completely not as advertised in the description but it's completely ruined my wedding and created untold stress for my unborn child and I. My order number is 5304422, I've requested a refund but guess what.... Nothing!
