GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service, ordered 4 hats and they only sent 1, they don’t return emails, sent about 10. Their phone number isn’t a real number, rookie management and zero accountability. Terrible business

GBNo emails respond I made the order Order MSC-Y8629S, which made a mistake in size and immediately sent an email to info-myfitteds.com, which they never answered and I will not be able to rectify to receive the product that I really wanted

GBNo customer service exists Put out some of the best hats. But is zero customer service at all. I accidentally clicked the wrong size emailed over 15 times before hat was packed. No response. I understand. This was my mistake but this is terrible customer service.

GBMisleading Pictures and No Response Ordered a hat that turned out to be not the same color as advertised. Wrote them immediately requesting a return that they have not answered. Poor customer service and misleading advertising.
