Drop shipper or Scammer? Order placed in the Black Friday Sale - late November 2022. Production time was supposed to be a couple of weeks. Despite several emails there was no firm ETA provided 6 weeks later, nor was any refund given when asked - just vague "I'll check with production" statements Not sure if they're a dropshipper or outright scammer. Avoid regardless!

Abysmal communication and customer service Communication from the company was completely abysmal. They accidentally canceled my order and admitted it when they finally replied to my questions. The order turned up late and when it arrived both of the kilts ordered were 4” too big despite the fact we’d measured very carefully. While initially it seemed they might honour a return or exchange instead they fobbed me off and said they made them larger so people could have them altered. I’d already spent over $300. One of the kilts was also the wrong colour. Due to the poor colour sample on the website the kilt was the colour of a billiards table instead of moss green. When I requested a review they didn’t even respond. Unless you live within driving distance of their US office don’t even bother ordering. The products aren’t made in the USA. They’re made in Pakistan. The products are well enough made but the service was arrogant. It’s cost me $55 to have one kilt altered. I don’t know if I’ll even bother dyeing and altering the other. Disgraceful customer service.

Total ripoff!!! Placed order on July 9th 2022. They never sent my order. I emailed customer service over a dozen times, they responded once. They had no problem promptly taking my money. Don't use this company!
