DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We ordered 2 backpacks in July. When weeks passed without delivery, we requested cancellation of order. They asked us to wait a little more. We waited another week. Then we said to cancel our order and they said to just return when we got it. When these backpacks arrived about a month later, we had already had to buy backpacks elsewhere for our daughters for college. We tried to return. They asked for us to keep them for a reduced cost. We said no. They gave us the run around for returns. The return address is not listed on the website. When they finally gave it, it was in ISRAEL. they said that there was a problem with their US return location?! So because it was going to cost so much to return, I thought maybe we would just keep them. BUT THEY ARE GARBAGE! they are so little. they are like child backpacks that you can buy at WALMART! This company should be put out of business. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
