GBZappos return policy has changed drastically… Zappos policy has changed drastically for the worse. I got an obnoxious email threatening my return privileges despite the fact that I did keep several of the shoes I had ordered. I had a toe infection (and lost my big toenail) for over a year, which made it hard for me to find a comfortable shoe, so the returns were due to that. Zappos used to be known for their 365 day free return policy, but no more. Just an ordinary and pretty unfeeling company now, like most others. Beware!

GBNot sure why bad ratings Not sure why bad ratings. Isn't hurting Zappos in least bit. Probably bots trying to influence. So let me change the tide. Good company, solid product offering, good support and fast shipping. There!

GBAmazon bought and destroyed This was a good company until Amazon bought it and destroyed it. I would not do business again with them if my life depended on it. Ordered a pair of coach shoes with a promised delivery date and they just vanished in shipping saying nothing but shipment delay. Kept telling me it’ll show up, it’ll show up, it’ll show up 2 1/2 weeks later I’m still waiting and had to literally dispute it with PayPal and my credit card to resolve. They became a scam company just like Amazon their parent company. Anything Amazon touches they poison

GBI ordered a pair of sneakers I ordered a pair of sneakers. Gave delivery date. Delivery was for today and still said arriving today. Never showed. Called customer service and was told I needed to verify payment method. This arrival date was time sensitive and actually needed them. Turns out they never got shipped and at any point I could have confirmed payment. I never got a notice . No text no email, no change in order status. If I never called them I'd be looking for a truck each day. Unacceptable, never again. Amazon will get them to you in 2 days, you'll know if there's an issue immediately.

GBTerrible company and they are slick… Terrible company and they are slick scammers! They denied my job Amazon to cover my timberland boots. Totally within the budget. They want you to buy bs and guess what?? Under that crappy shoe program, almost every single pair was double or triple the allotted budget. So basically they wanted my employers $$$ and my $$$. My boots were garbage and felt like high-heeled shoes. Dishonest business practices. Please folks, just go to a more reputable shoe company. They are truly trash!
