GBOrdered a Helly Hansen Jacket from… Ordered a Helly Hansen Jacket from Zappos. Received a Sweatshirt instead in poor packaging. Contacting them they expected me to provide new packaging for return etc. Not to mention its my time to fix their error. Gave ZAPPOS a chance, mistake I made, will not happen again. ZAPPOS - never shop there! They do not care about customers and they do not live up to the mistakes they make. BAD BUSINESS!

GBBeware can't fulfill order I placed an order for boots and got a confirmation that it had shipped and then....nothing. 6 days after I should have received the order I reviewed the UPS tracking and it said the shipment had been canceled. After 30 minutes on the phone with them, Zappos did nothing, they said they couldn't get the original package to me, they had no more stock of my item, didn't offer me a different color of the same item even though many other sites had it in stock. I got a refund and disabled my Zappos account as I won't be using them again.

GBFast delivery and easy returns I've been a long-time Zappos customer and have always been happy with their service. Returns have been easy. And since Zappos became associated with Amazon I receive priority shipment speed that's usually 2 business days. Their selection is expansive and they maintain a sufficient inventory to ensure that my style and shoe size is available. The negative reviews on Trustpilot are completely at odds with my experience. As a long time customer I've never once experienced a problem with Zappos. They've been great and I wouldn't think of getting my shoes elsewhere.

GBAgree Zappos Is Not the Same It used to be that Zappos offered overnight shipping. The last time I ordered, they could not manage this. Customer service was quite poor on a phone call at the holiday season. I needed a new QR code so I could drop the shoes off at a Whole Foods store. The one I'd received by email wasn't readable. The person helping me on the phone had no idea how to communicate. When I went to Whole Foods to drop the return with the QR code I was sent, I was informed it was a code for a return at a UPS store. At UPS, I was unable to make the return without a shipping box. I was in a hurry and had to pay them to do it. What a pain in the neck.

GBTerrible Customer Service Received message saying there was problem with my PayPal payment. Tried to contact them by online chat to find out what the problem was since it was hard to see how something went wrong with PayPal. Due to an apparent language barrier, they could not or would not answer any of my directly asked questions and were actually kind of rude. If they get your order right, you may not have any problems, but if they get something wrong, you are in trouble.
