Horrible Horrible! Slow shipping ! VIP is a joke. Site changes delivery dates after you place an order. Slow refunds due to returning to many shoes. Weren’t they a shoe company? Isn’t that what you do ? Try on and return if they don’t fit? Everyone refunds upon return scan now. Shop elsewhere for faster shipping and returns and better customer service

Do not buy hats from Zappos! I have received 2 Melin hats in the past week that were squished flat in individual paper mailing envelopes. As a result the front panels were creased and unwearable. After the first hat was received in a similar fashion, the customer service rep confirmed the replacement hat would shipped in a box. Obviously that did not happen. Not going take the risk and try a third time. Will make my purchase elsewhere.

Ordered shoes 2 weeks ago from zappos… We had initially ordered from zappos of Amazon and that did not work out so well. Reordered through zappos themselves and customer service was great!!

This company is horrible. This company is horrible. I ordered two different shoes at two different times and they have not been able to deliver them!! Can't do it. Can't them to the post office, can't get them shipped. NO problem taking my money though!!! VERY frustrated. Customer service for the most part was sub par, even though I got one refund on the shoes that "weren't able to be delivered." This is over three weeks of hassle, almost $200, and NO SHOES!!!!!!!!!!! Do not order from this company. Clearly I wish I had read these reviews on Trustpilot before. I mean, seriously, how hard is this???

Terrible Customer Service Received message saying there was problem with my PayPal payment. Tried to contact them by online chat to find out what the problem was since it was hard to see how something went wrong with PayPal. Due to an apparent language barrier, they could not or would not answer any of my directly asked questions and were actually kind of rude. If they get your order right, you may not have any problems, but if they get something wrong, you are in trouble.
