GBBeware can't fulfill order I placed an order for boots and got a confirmation that it had shipped and then....nothing. 6 days after I should have received the order I reviewed the UPS tracking and it said the shipment had been canceled. After 30 minutes on the phone with them, Zappos did nothing, they said they couldn't get the original package to me, they had no more stock of my item, didn't offer me a different color of the same item even though many other sites had it in stock. I got a refund and disabled my Zappos account as I won't be using them again.

GBZappos is not Zappos anymore Zappos is not Zappos anymore. They have sent us USED shoes! This pair smelled like feet when we opened the box and the bottoms of the shoes were dirty and there was a scuff on the side. They apparently have a policy of re-shelving returned products that are ‘like new’ but I’m not sure how they define ‘like new’ or why they think they can sell worn items at the same price as new. We used to buy from them because customer service was amazing, now I’m just grossed out.

UASupport Zappos doesn't solve the problem I am a long-time Zappos customer and have purchased a lot of clothing and shoes from them and have never had a problem with this store. But recently I noticed that the delivery times do not correspond to the information stated during checkout. The delivery date also changes at the time of order. Lately, the customer support service has not been solving problems at all! I sent reviews about my orders, but I was never credited with VIP points, even though I am a VIP customer. I contacted the support chat, the operator promised to manually credit me with a $2 bonus. The next day I discovered that the operator had converted 200 VIP points from my account into $2. That is, my account had 895 points, but it became 695 points + $2 bonus, although it should have been 895 points + $2 bonus. I contacted support again and during the conversation the operator simply ended the dialogue by closing the window, without solving my problem. This went on several times. I am very upset by this attitude and I think I will no longer shop at this store.

GBFast delivery and easy returns I've been a long-time Zappos customer and have always been happy with their service. Returns have been easy. And since Zappos became associated with Amazon I receive priority shipment speed that's usually 2 business days. Their selection is expansive and they maintain a sufficient inventory to ensure that my style and shoe size is available. The negative reviews on Trustpilot are completely at odds with my experience. As a long time customer I've never once experienced a problem with Zappos. They've been great and I wouldn't think of getting my shoes elsewhere.

GBWon't get zapped again It's been a couple of years, maybe since I've ordered from Zappos. Wow! What a difference. Unfortunately for Zappos and the customers they try to purchase from Zappos. I have not yet spoke to a live person and I've been on the hold five times for a total of an hour and a half. I guess customer service management is not read the reviews, or reach out? You know the fantastic thing about hitting your head against the wall when you stop. It doesn't hurt anymore. Zappos is the concrete wall. Thank you Birkenstock you have customer service.
