GBCustomer service was great … Maria in Customer service department was great! I reached out via chat option, and she was able to help me out and fix my issue within 5 minutes. Great service, you normally don’t come across such stellar service with online retailers. I will be ordering again and Maria deserves a shout out for being so friendly and knowledgeable.

GBZappos I trust more than Trust Pilot I have serious questions about trust pilot itself. While they have been spot on about sites that are trash,they also seem to trash great sites that may have some outliers. Zappos has been the best online retailer I have worked with. As an extra layer of protection, I order through Amazon. I know the size Hokas I need and they arrive with free shipping in 2 days. No hassle. I cant speak to the customer service as I have had no issues/ no returns. Also,no multiple credit authos money grabs like Legendary Whitetails-because THEY are backlogged and charge me repeatedly illegally- causing me to cancel my credit card! Revising my initial review- I stand by my review but I do not dispute the experience of others. Hope that if Zsppos sees my review,they live up to it.

GBTerrible Customer Service Received message saying there was problem with my PayPal payment. Tried to contact them by online chat to find out what the problem was since it was hard to see how something went wrong with PayPal. Due to an apparent language barrier, they could not or would not answer any of my directly asked questions and were actually kind of rude. If they get your order right, you may not have any problems, but if they get something wrong, you are in trouble.

GB32% negative reviews on Zappos 32% negative reviews on Zappos. That's horrible. And this is a Amazon company. Hey Zappos, USPS shipping sucks and just cost ANOTHER customer. I'm sick of waiting 10+ days for a item that ships from a adjoining state. Zappos you just got ZAPPED !

GBTerrible company and they are slick… Terrible company and they are slick scammers! They denied my job Amazon to cover my timberland boots. Totally within the budget. They want you to buy bs and guess what?? Under that crappy shoe program, almost every single pair was double or triple the allotted budget. So basically they wanted my employers $$$ and my $$$. My boots were garbage and felt like high-heeled shoes. Dishonest business practices. Please folks, just go to a more reputable shoe company. They are truly trash!
