GBI ordered a pair of sneakers I ordered a pair of sneakers. Gave delivery date. Delivery was for today and still said arriving today. Never showed. Called customer service and was told I needed to verify payment method. This arrival date was time sensitive and actually needed them. Turns out they never got shipped and at any point I could have confirmed payment. I never got a notice . No text no email, no change in order status. If I never called them I'd be looking for a truck each day. Unacceptable, never again. Amazon will get them to you in 2 days, you'll know if there's an issue immediately.

GBWon't get zapped again It's been a couple of years, maybe since I've ordered from Zappos. Wow! What a difference. Unfortunately for Zappos and the customers they try to purchase from Zappos. I have not yet spoke to a live person and I've been on the hold five times for a total of an hour and a half. I guess customer service management is not read the reviews, or reach out? You know the fantastic thing about hitting your head against the wall when you stop. It doesn't hurt anymore. Zappos is the concrete wall. Thank you Birkenstock you have customer service.

GBZappos return policy has changed drastically… Zappos policy has changed drastically for the worse. I got an obnoxious email threatening my return privileges despite the fact that I did keep several of the shoes I had ordered. I had a toe infection (and lost my big toenail) for over a year, which made it hard for me to find a comfortable shoe, so the returns were due to that. Zappos used to be known for their 365 day free return policy, but no more. Just an ordinary and pretty unfeeling company now, like most others. Beware!

GBOrdered shoes 2 weeks ago from zappos… We had initially ordered from zappos of Amazon and that did not work out so well. Reordered through zappos themselves and customer service was great!!

GBAgree Zappos Is Not the Same It used to be that Zappos offered overnight shipping. The last time I ordered, they could not manage this. Customer service was quite poor on a phone call at the holiday season. I needed a new QR code so I could drop the shoes off at a Whole Foods store. The one I'd received by email wasn't readable. The person helping me on the phone had no idea how to communicate. When I went to Whole Foods to drop the return with the QR code I was sent, I was informed it was a code for a return at a UPS store. At UPS, I was unable to make the return without a shipping box. I was in a hurry and had to pay them to do it. What a pain in the neck.
