GBHorrible Horrible! Slow shipping ! VIP is a joke. Site changes delivery dates after you place an order. Slow refunds due to returning to many shoes. Weren’t they a shoe company? Isn’t that what you do ? Try on and return if they don’t fit? Everyone refunds upon return scan now. Shop elsewhere for faster shipping and returns and better customer service

GBThis company is horrible. This company is horrible. I ordered two different shoes at two different times and they have not been able to deliver them!! Can't do it. Can't them to the post office, can't get them shipped. NO problem taking my money though!!! VERY frustrated. Customer service for the most part was sub par, even though I got one refund on the shoes that "weren't able to be delivered." This is over three weeks of hassle, almost $200, and NO SHOES!!!!!!!!!!! Do not order from this company. Clearly I wish I had read these reviews on Trustpilot before. I mean, seriously, how hard is this???

GBNot sure why bad ratings Not sure why bad ratings. Isn't hurting Zappos in least bit. Probably bots trying to influence. So let me change the tide. Good company, solid product offering, good support and fast shipping. There!

GBZappos return policy has changed drastically… Zappos policy has changed drastically for the worse. I got an obnoxious email threatening my return privileges despite the fact that I did keep several of the shoes I had ordered. I had a toe infection (and lost my big toenail) for over a year, which made it hard for me to find a comfortable shoe, so the returns were due to that. Zappos used to be known for their 365 day free return policy, but no more. Just an ordinary and pretty unfeeling company now, like most others. Beware!

GBAgree Zappos Is Not the Same It used to be that Zappos offered overnight shipping. The last time I ordered, they could not manage this. Customer service was quite poor on a phone call at the holiday season. I needed a new QR code so I could drop the shoes off at a Whole Foods store. The one I'd received by email wasn't readable. The person helping me on the phone had no idea how to communicate. When I went to Whole Foods to drop the return with the QR code I was sent, I was informed it was a code for a return at a UPS store. At UPS, I was unable to make the return without a shipping box. I was in a hurry and had to pay them to do it. What a pain in the neck.
