NODont bother buying anything from them. Do not buy from them. I ordered two shades almost over a month ago and still haven’t received anything. The package arrived in Oslo, but them was SENT BACK to LA. wth? Jusy do yourself a favor and dont buy from ZeroUV. Oh, annd costumer service? = BAD. Utterly BAD.

GBFobbed off, felt conned I order two pairs of sunglasses from this company and due to their prices being low - decided to opt for economy international shipping, according to their site: International first class mail takes 1-2 business days to process after payment clears and minimum 10-15 (2-4 weeks) business days for arrival. There is no detailed tracking for most first class International mail. 37 working days and 7 weeks later I have still had no parcel and due to the fact they kept fobbing me off - I now can't claim back via paypal. Very annoyed - £30 out of pocket and no help from them to resolve it. I regularly shop online with confidence - I have only ever paid for one item on ebay and not received it - but this is the first time a supposedly reputable company has let me down. Avoid.

ITWaste of time I ordered 5 pairs on 19th May and was told 2-5 days. Its 2nd June and no sunglasses received. Sent 2 emails, no response. Not even acknowledgement. But they keep sending me mails on new deals. Shameful.

GBAlthough the sunglasses I ordered did… Although the sunglasses I ordered did not work out for me, ZeroUV was extremely easy to work with. Im always skeptical when it comes to online websites because there are so many scams out there. But ZeroUV accepts returns and processes them in a timely manner. They even pay for postage!
