GBMisleading rip-off Misleading. Doesn’t state it’s a subscription service. Leads you to believe you’re paying .99 for a fashion recommendation and then charges you $35. Reached out IMMEDIATELY to say I didn’t want a subscription service but they kept my money. Never received fashion advice, no clothing. NOTHING. I was robbed of $35!!!!

GBFragile fabric, AWFUL customer service Fragile fabric, HORRIBLE customer service. The piece I got was basically falling apart the second we took it out of the package so I thought, I'll try to get a new one that is less fragile before an upcoming festival. Refunds not accepted. They gave me store credit but took so long to get back to me that the festival I bought it for had already passed. I sent my original piece back to them already so I couldn't even wear that one. Do NOT buy from them please.

GBDO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I tried to support this business by purchasing and sending an email of encouragement for their awesome designs. I placed an order on May 30th and and my order hasn’t even been shipped out yet. Their website/Instagram claimed that they ship out orders within 3-5 days. (Today, June 12th, they removed it from both locations) On top of paying for a outfit that was $119, I paid for first class shipping to have it in time for a rave I was going to. I emailed them about my order and the person that responded, (Lori) said that they will ship it out tomorrow and I should have it by that Friday. Well, it never came and my order never shipped out. They’re super active on social media but can’t respond to my emails or Dms until 4-5 days later. Stay away from this website, it almost seems like a scam. I went ahead and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and sent them over all the details. It’s such a hassle, honestly look elsewhere to buy clothes. It’s such a shame, I support all small businesses but this was such a let down.

GBIf I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!! If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!! What a horrible company man, I ordered from their “ready to ship” section, 6 days later I reached out only to find out “the fabric ran out” it took me reaching out to find out not even them contacting me?? And then having the audacity to tell me I CANT GET A REFUND FOR AN ISSUE ON THEIR END?? A total SCAM!!!! How did the fabric run out if the item was listed under “ready to ship” they just take your money!! And then tried to bribe me haha! Will never ever support this company again

GBComplete scam. After deciding to give it a try, I submitted my credit card info. Since my card went through (and now that it has been charged for a second time), I have never been able to use the service. I have never even been able to successfully login (on my phone or on a computer). I am constantly given a message that I don't have an account when I try to login, or to reset my password. I requested a refund and after several refusals was told: "Please be advised that in accordance with our money-back policy the “Money-back guarantee” does not apply to the following cases: Personal reasons (you don’t like the product, it did not meet your expectations, etc.); Financial reasons (you did not expect that you will be charged, that the trial will be converted into a subscription, that the subscription will automatically renew, or that the services are paid, etc.)." What about when I pay for a service and never receive it? Complete scam.
