GBWorst customer service EVER I ordered my items with ample time to arrive by New Years Eve and was given a 7 business day shipping time. Instead, nothing arrived by the 7th day so I reached out via email. Their support team proceeded to tell me they don’t have my items in stock and offered me a different set of items that I was not interested in but they shipped them anyways. When I asked for a refund they refused and only offered store credit. Plus, my other items didn’t arrive until too late for the holiday. I will be submitting a consumer report on this sketchy company.

GBBEWARE! BEWARE!! This is not a trusted site and this so called clothing company survives off scamming innocent people out of there well earned money for clothes that never arrive. I ordered off this site 2 months ago and have never received my goods off them or any correspondence, despite emailing them approximately 10 times. Disgusting human beings should feel ashamed of yourselves. Take your well earned money elsewhere guys!!

GBComplete scam. After deciding to give it a try, I submitted my credit card info. Since my card went through (and now that it has been charged for a second time), I have never been able to use the service. I have never even been able to successfully login (on my phone or on a computer). I am constantly given a message that I don't have an account when I try to login, or to reset my password. I requested a refund and after several refusals was told: "Please be advised that in accordance with our money-back policy the “Money-back guarantee” does not apply to the following cases: Personal reasons (you don’t like the product, it did not meet your expectations, etc.); Financial reasons (you did not expect that you will be charged, that the trial will be converted into a subscription, that the subscription will automatically renew, or that the services are paid, etc.)." What about when I pay for a service and never receive it? Complete scam.
