Misleading rip-off Misleading. Doesn’t state it’s a subscription service. Leads you to believe you’re paying .99 for a fashion recommendation and then charges you $35. Reached out IMMEDIATELY to say I didn’t want a subscription service but they kept my money. Never received fashion advice, no clothing. NOTHING. I was robbed of $35!!!!

Art piece I got was rubbish Art piece I got was rubbish. On letting Lumi know, the response was “shake” the art piece to get smaller bubbles. Made no difference really. Sand falls in one minute Evelyn “unimaginatively” My light failed to work and despite being told it would be “investigated with the supplier” (hate to tell you Lumi but you sold the item to me, it’s YOYR problem. After a month of nothing I contacted them and the story changed. Do not trust this mob. You will be wasting your money on a cheap product. Go elsewhere.

I brought an outfit for my girlfriend I brought an outfit for my girlfriend. She's been a fan of their style for a long time but hasn't had the money to splurge on it so I went ahead and surprised her on her birthday which was a week before edc 2023. I ordered it a month ahead and received it within the week. She felt and looked absolutely gorgeous and got so many compliments from people so it was really worth it

BEWARE! BEWARE!! This is not a trusted site and this so called clothing company survives off scamming innocent people out of there well earned money for clothes that never arrive. I ordered off this site 2 months ago and have never received my goods off them or any correspondence, despite emailing them approximately 10 times. Disgusting human beings should feel ashamed of yourselves. Take your well earned money elsewhere guys!!

Worst customer service EVER I ordered my items with ample time to arrive by New Years Eve and was given a 7 business day shipping time. Instead, nothing arrived by the 7th day so I reached out via email. Their support team proceeded to tell me they don’t have my items in stock and offered me a different set of items that I was not interested in but they shipped them anyways. When I asked for a refund they refused and only offered store credit. Plus, my other items didn’t arrive until too late for the holiday. I will be submitting a consumer report on this sketchy company.
