Worst customer service EVER I ordered my items with ample time to arrive by New Years Eve and was given a 7 business day shipping time. Instead, nothing arrived by the 7th day so I reached out via email. Their support team proceeded to tell me they don’t have my items in stock and offered me a different set of items that I was not interested in but they shipped them anyways. When I asked for a refund they refused and only offered store credit. Plus, my other items didn’t arrive until too late for the holiday. I will be submitting a consumer report on this sketchy company.

Misleading rip-off Misleading. Doesn’t state it’s a subscription service. Leads you to believe you’re paying .99 for a fashion recommendation and then charges you $35. Reached out IMMEDIATELY to say I didn’t want a subscription service but they kept my money. Never received fashion advice, no clothing. NOTHING. I was robbed of $35!!!!

If i can use -100 stars I would If i can use -100 stars I would. The biggest scam. I placed an order over a month ago and paid more for shipping than the actual item for express delivery. My item is showing still as confirmed and I have sent several emails and no response. Please please please do not buy from this website as you will never see your product.

RESALE ITEMS I ordered a 3 piece set and received two tops vs: one top, bottom, and kimono. No communication received via email or through Instagram. There's also a tag for "ROMA" which is another company

Used to be great, now they just take your $$ They used to be great! I purchased online items from them in 2018 and 2019 and received my items without any issues and I'd see their items sold at stalls at festivals. This year (2021) I went on their website and ordered more stuff near the end of May. I never received my items at the end of July. I tried contacting the shop twice via email and then went on their Instagram page and saw that tons of other customers are experiencing the same issue but have been waiting LONGER for their items and haven't been able to contact the shop either with some people waiting 8 months for a refund. I've had to dispute the charge with my bank and am hoping I get my money back.
