Complete scam. After deciding to give it a try, I submitted my credit card info. Since my card went through (and now that it has been charged for a second time), I have never been able to use the service. I have never even been able to successfully login (on my phone or on a computer). I am constantly given a message that I don't have an account when I try to login, or to reset my password. I requested a refund and after several refusals was told: "Please be advised that in accordance with our money-back policy the “Money-back guarantee” does not apply to the following cases: Personal reasons (you don’t like the product, it did not meet your expectations, etc.); Financial reasons (you did not expect that you will be charged, that the trial will be converted into a subscription, that the subscription will automatically renew, or that the services are paid, etc.)." What about when I pay for a service and never receive it? Complete scam.

The piece I got was basically falling apart the second we took it out of the package so I thought, I'll try to get a new one that is less fragile before an upcoming festival. Refunds not accepted. They gave me store credit but took so long to get back to me that the festival I bought it for had already passed. I sent my original piece back to them already so I couldn't even wear that one.
