GBUsed to be great, now they just take your $$ They used to be great! I purchased online items from them in 2018 and 2019 and received my items without any issues and I'd see their items sold at stalls at festivals. This year (2021) I went on their website and ordered more stuff near the end of May. I never received my items at the end of July. I tried contacting the shop twice via email and then went on their Instagram page and saw that tons of other customers are experiencing the same issue but have been waiting LONGER for their items and haven't been able to contact the shop either with some people waiting 8 months for a refund. I've had to dispute the charge with my bank and am hoping I get my money back.

GBDon’t waste your time or money The advertisements are misleading, the “stylist” session looks like randomly generated outfits out of a magazine, the outfits provided do not fit the survey I submitted or results I was seeking. I spent money to only be able to message with someone via chat. I thought it was going to be a 1:1 stylist video call so they could physically see me and understand my style as an individual. I spent money for no reason at all and got nothing out of it. It was a complete waste of time and money. 0 stars.

GBWhoops! Dumb me! I filled out a questionnaire on line and paid .99 for a response. I never got what I expected and consequently found out I had unknowingly signed up for a $49.99 monthly subscription! I asked for a refund, but was denied as a “reason” for a refund is NOT “that you did not realize a trial would lead to a subscription”!! So - beware!

GBComplete scam. After deciding to give it a try, I submitted my credit card info. Since my card went through (and now that it has been charged for a second time), I have never been able to use the service. I have never even been able to successfully login (on my phone or on a computer). I am constantly given a message that I don't have an account when I try to login, or to reset my password. I requested a refund and after several refusals was told: "Please be advised that in accordance with our money-back policy the “Money-back guarantee” does not apply to the following cases: Personal reasons (you don’t like the product, it did not meet your expectations, etc.); Financial reasons (you did not expect that you will be charged, that the trial will be converted into a subscription, that the subscription will automatically renew, or that the services are paid, etc.)." What about when I pay for a service and never receive it? Complete scam.
