Misleading rip-off Misleading. Doesn’t state it’s a subscription service. Leads you to believe you’re paying .99 for a fashion recommendation and then charges you $35. Reached out IMMEDIATELY to say I didn’t want a subscription service but they kept my money. Never received fashion advice, no clothing. NOTHING. I was robbed of $35!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I tried to support this business by purchasing and sending an email of encouragement for their awesome designs. I placed an order on May 30th and and my order hasn’t even been shipped out yet. Their website/Instagram claimed that they ship out orders within 3-5 days. (Today, June 12th, they removed it from both locations) On top of paying for a outfit that was $119, I paid for first class shipping to have it in time for a rave I was going to. I emailed them about my order and the person that responded, (Lori) said that they will ship it out tomorrow and I should have it by that Friday. Well, it never came and my order never shipped out. They’re super active on social media but can’t respond to my emails or Dms until 4-5 days later. Stay away from this website, it almost seems like a scam. I went ahead and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and sent them over all the details. It’s such a hassle, honestly look elsewhere to buy clothes. It’s such a shame, I support all small businesses but this was such a let down.

Fragile fabric, AWFUL customer service Fragile fabric, HORRIBLE customer service. The piece I got was basically falling apart the second we took it out of the package so I thought, I'll try to get a new one that is less fragile before an upcoming festival. Refunds not accepted. They gave me store credit but took so long to get back to me that the festival I bought it for had already passed. I sent my original piece back to them already so I couldn't even wear that one. Do NOT buy from them please.

Worst customer service EVER I ordered my items with ample time to arrive by New Years Eve and was given a 7 business day shipping time. Instead, nothing arrived by the 7th day so I reached out via email. Their support team proceeded to tell me they don’t have my items in stock and offered me a different set of items that I was not interested in but they shipped them anyways. When I asked for a refund they refused and only offered store credit. Plus, my other items didn’t arrive until too late for the holiday. I will be submitting a consumer report on this sketchy company.
