Ordered 2 jackets for my husband early… Ordered 2 jackets for my husband early November 2021 eight days before Christmas status still shows intransit for the last 30 days. I emailed, text and left voicemail I was unable to get anyone. I had to dispute the charge with my bank who gave me my money back. I do not reccomend anyone to order from this company this experience turned into my 8 days before Christmas nightmare

Be warned!! I ordered an Acsot 10 weeks ago. I received the confirmation and that's it. No sign of the item I ordered and they won't respond to any type of communication. I chatted online with one of their associates who promised to get me answers right away. Still nothing. Be prepared to throw your money away with these folks. I'm disgusted with their business practices.

STAY AWAY Ordered on December 8 with shipping 1 to 3 day express. Today Dec 28, and still has not been delivered. When you contact them, it’s all auto reply to all emails. No real communication at all. STAY AWAY

Not a Satisfied Customer for Certain After 12 days and two online chat inquiries, confirmed order still has not been fulfilled and no information is available with regard to fulfillment, tracking and delivery. Chat agent "Louise" states operation in Dearborn, MI; however, there is no physical business location, only a PO Box. No phone live agent to speak to either. Skeptical about whether or not business actually exists. Two emails sent to sales but neither has been responded to. Use this retail outlet at your own peril..............................

Company is a SHAM The only reason I gave it 1 star is because it would not allow me to write a review without choosing a star. This company terrible, I ordered from them over 3 ago my money was deducted immediately and according to the website my order would ship within 3-5 days of confirmation, and reach me within 3-10 days after that. Well , it’s been over 3 weeks and it still says it’s in processing. I’ve reached out to them numerous times, to no avail. Always with the promise they would look further into the matter and get back with me within 2-3 days... There is no way to talk to someone, they say it isn’t possible... please help me spread the word, before they keep stealing from people who earn the money they spend.
