They have a 30 Satisfaction Guarantee but will not honor it with refund unless I pay freight back to China which is very expensive. I will never make another purchase from that company or any other like it. I'm done with random ads on internet and will stick to main web sites like Ebay or Amazon.

Totally misrepresenting the product… Totally misrepresenting the product they sell. The photos are nothing like the actual product . The sizing is way out and the quality sub standard. Their return policy is a complete lie. After receiving the Bee-flower dog bed I was immediately onto them to return goods and get a refund . They have told me nothing is wrong with my order. No offer of money back, no word about their guarantee. How can they still be accepted as advertisers on Facebook with so many dissatisfied customers that have suffered the same fate as me. I will not give up on exposing them as the scammers they are

Company has no ethics I ordered a walking stick from this company, which was denied entry into Canada. I contacted the company several times to obtain re-imbursement, but their service desk refuses to respond. This is a scam company.

G'day guys the Bee.flower is a scam… G'day guys the Bee.flower is a scam strong word but I've purchased the 'Vacuum cleaner' they had advertised, It's shockingly crap. It doesn't maintain suction and most of all the inflatable/blowing function doesn't even exist, don't buy it learn from my mistake. They need to be stopped and be prevented from ripping more customers off.

Emailed photos of what I received and of their “money back guaranteed” and “100% satisfaction or they will make right”statements from their website but they still refuse.
