Exceptional Customer Service I used The Art of Jewels to buy a lab-created diamond engagement ring. The setting and diamond arrived just as beautiful as advertised, and the price was excellent. However, I did have to return the item two times: first, because the diamond was loose in the setting, and again because a pave stone was missing. Both times, customer service was extremely responsive and easy to work with, and the repairs happened very quickly. It would have been great for the item to have been perfect at the start, but thanks to responsive customer service, I am completely satisfied with the purchase.

I am very picky with diamonds and having a knowledgeable gemologist guide to the perfect diamond is a must for me. The radiant is very beautiful cut and clarity, no bowtie effect whatsoever! the radiant looks like a billion stars glimmering. It is a perfect size. I'm not used to a dainty setting and glad it's in Platinum, but the radiant fits this well, and I'm in love with this ring. Thank you AOJ for my two beautiful rings you helped me with. I love them so much. Now I want to buy maybe my dream heart diamond that is perfect in future.
