Would give 0 stars if possible Dealing with Smart Hashes has truly been the worst customer experience I have ever had with any company. They have simply not responded to several of my emails, and if they do, which is very infrequently, it is days later. I have deposited more than enough BTC on multiple occasions and they still refuse to activate my subscription. After dealing with this for weeks, I finally asked them to just send me my BTC back. It has been over a week since then and they still have not responded to me. I would give this product 0 stars if I could.

Exit Scam Exit Scam. Submitted complaint to FTC. Invested on 8/31/21. Requested modest withdrawal on 10/16. Status pending three days. Website shutdown 10/18 ~10/19. Sent email, no response. Also, beware the services that supposedly help recover - they're likely scamming the desperate and gullible - I've flagged the comments in this thread. H2Hashes looks very similar in form and style.

The company has become unresponsive… The company has become unresponsive after I requested my second withdrawal and have emailed support several times. I believe they are operating under H2Hashes.com now so I have started emailing support at h2hashes.com asking for them to transfer my account over. Not sure I will get a response but I'm hopeful. Luckily I'm only out $10 dollars because I was skeptical of them at first anyways. I will update if I receive any communication from them.

SCAM ALERT!!!!! PLease folks do not buy into this... This is a scam just like many other ones that came before it. The returns are too good.. The prices are reasonable so it is enticing to everyone. The support is complete garbage.. You can see based on the simple typos that this was done by non-professionals and the fact that there is no contact info anywhere other than an email address tells you that they do not want to be found by anyone....especially those that they steal money from. SOme that invested early enough will make their money back and then some, as this will give legitimacy to the project.... But their aim is to get more ppl to sign up so they can accumulate a large signup amount and then simply shut it down and walk away... There are no images of them, the rigs, location, or anything a normal person (legit business) would do.. crypto or otherwise! Please be smart and do not waste your money... If you want to get a mining pool going, find some like-minded ppl and organize yourselves.. but the rigs, find a location, start mining.... There is no free money!!
