Soft and Fluffy! I bought these towels after doing some research and was very impressed. Sustainable, ethically made, and organic cotton! Doesn’t get better than that. They arrived in under a week and were a bit stiff at first, but washing them fixed that. I was not impressed with the plastic packaging. These towels are incredibly soft, and dry you off fast without leaving any little fuzzies. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with delivery I had an issue with delivery, the CEO of Delilah Home made sure it got fixed personally. Struggling with FedEx to get clarity on what was going on, he got on the phone with them himself and got a message out to get my package delivered to the correct address all while e-mailing me after hours. He takes the business very seriously. Aside from all that, the sheets themselves are great.

Great customer service and products I used their "chat" feature and got a response right away from a shipping question. Ordered towels as a gift for our military daughter and son-in-law and had to ship to an APO address, which they accommodate. We appreciate that and are sure they are going to love these towels! I have their kitchen towels -- best towels I've ever purchased!

King sizing is off This was my second order of sheets because I liked my first order of queen sheets so much. This time I ordered a King size set and duvet and the sizing were totally off. The fitted sheet was HUGE on a standard king size bed. So much so that I wondered if I had been sent the wrong size, but the tag says king. Also the duvet cover has no ties in the corners so your duvet just sort of swims around in there without having a way to stay put. For the price (even on sale), I was really disappointed.
