Ordered some laces for a delivery to… Ordered some laces for a delivery to Leek Convenient Store, 97b Mornington Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 6EN Got an email that order is ready to collect and QR code was given. Went there to collect and store owner says, he doesn't have a device to scan the QR code and hasn't got that for some time now. So all in all QR code cannot be swiped. Why such stores are allowed for delivery is beyond me. Anyways so emailed customer support and reply from Gayatri was if you are facing issues with QR code, please turn the brightness one. Also advise if store is facing any Wi-Fi issues. Customer care is appalling. Lodging a claim with card company now if this is not sorted.
