Horrible Policies and Support Bought a pair of shoes for my wife at nearly $1k. The first time my wife wore them, the back strap detached. It was clearly a manufacturing defect. Contacted Modecraze and was told I had 3 days from the delivery date to report defects. This was a gift and that is a crazy restriction to impose on customers. Horrible service and policies. Do not buy from this company.

Legit item I was frustrated due to package delayed and modecraze went above and beyond to get the issue fixed by keep updating and reaching out to me proffesionally. Not to mention, the purse is legit, well packed! I will definitely buy again
