Beautiful Elegant Event Space This venue exceeded our expectations! We hosted a small birthday party for my husband and it easily fit 20 guests. The bar area was equipped with a sink, microwave, mini fridge and ice maker. The office handling the reservation was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend!

Great Site for Finding and Booking Spaces I used PeerSpace to book a studio for a photoshoot. The site is easy to use and there were a lot of rental spaces available from which I can choose. You can opt to pay for the rental all at once or in 2 installments (for a small fee). You receive constant reminders about your upcoming booking. The service fee is a little hard to swallow but the fact that you have single site to peruse different locations with photos and pricing makes it worthwhile.

Be careful with Peerspace Edit: I followed up with peerspace like they requested below… still have not received a response. Changed my review to one star. Peerspace is a great convenient service until the host screws you over then they support them and not you, the customer. Especially if it a super host, forget it you are screwed. I have had great experiences with peerspace until I needed help. Their correspondence is terrible as well. They take days to respond and just support the host no matter what you say or evidence you give them.

False Advertising! False Advertising! Peerspace $50 referral codes are fakes. Clicking a referral link just redirects it to Peerspace.com start page. Be warned: I emailed their customer service and was told to try creating an account first. Which if you do will in fact make you ineligible for the referral bonus. As per their terms: "Referral credits will only be issued for new users (people who do not already have a Peerspace account)"!
