Although it costs a bit more than… Although it costs a bit more than others, I've had good experiences with customer service, space availability, timely shuttles. I feel my car is safe when I take a vacation.

Not happy at all We arrived at Bristol airport to be told we had to wait 50 minutes for our meet and greet. This is an unacceptable amount of time to wait. We have used many meet and greet services and 10 minutes is the maximum we have waited. I’m not happy and would not use this company again.

I've been to this site twice now I've been to this site twice now. This time it was 3 am had a hard time finding it in the dark. Was not sure what it was called from the street, name on the paperwork said CheapAirPortParking along with Gold Park Orlando. Neither name was clearly displayed including no address numbers. It did have a large black mailbox, though without any numbers! How do you expect people to find your place? Confirm Code bc376634

Parked my Suburban at ARB Parking at… Parked my Suburban at ARB Parking at Newark airport. Used Cheap Airport Parking. When I picked up the car the bumper was scuffed. Asked to speak with the manager. A trailer office employee came out and dismissed my claim before even looking at the car. After I insisted with him to look at it the claimed it looked like an old scratch. This scuff was done on their lot! Terrible customer service. Will be filing a complaint with the state attorney general’s office. Stay away!
