Aweful commercial practice aweful website which won't load. They refused a 100% refund although my cancellation was sent less than 10h after my order and the order had not been sent out. They asked for a 50€ restock fee. It was over the 5% written on their own website.

Very efficient and responsive service My son's scooter broke down, he was sorry as he uses it to get to work. Isinwheel was very understanding, they reacted immediately to send me the spare parts.
