Warning. No show cost me a lot of money Showed up to the storage and nobody was there. Called and called with no answer. Qeepl customer service offered me a refund, however it also meant I had to spend $400 on checking my bag for a flight. I asked about compensation for this as there is “insurance” and the agent just stopped talking to me. As of now I’m out 400 - minus the storage fee and have no way of contacting anybody as the service chat has just stopped responding.

Pleasant surprise I was initially very nervous/skeptical given lack of reviews of this facility. I had no other options having stayed in airbnb. I went with it based on reviews of the company in other areas. I was pleasantly surprised by the legitimate hostel that had decent reviews hosting this option. It is in the 5 deciembre neighborhood close to El Centrol, Malecon and decent things. It felt safe, secure, reputable.
