Amazing Customer Service This is an amazing company, have had a couple problems with my account and the customer service is impeccable. Everytime i reach out, i get a response within 24 hours from a real person. Great application, will continue to use it

First time user experience This was my first time using Wishtender and being a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to technology, I had, what turned out to be numerous questions regarding how the system worked that were not on the FAQ. I found the site easily navigatable and proceeded to the chat room. On every single occasion the response time was relatively quick and my questions were answered succinctly and politely, at no time did I ever feel I was just being a nuisance. After my questions were answered I felt comfortable to proceed with my purchase and everything went exactly how I was told it would. It was refreshing to deal with a company that offered such good service, which is a very rare commodity these days. I can highly recommend wishtender, it certainly made 2 people very happy.

Wishtender is a game changer!! Wishtender is a game changer!!! So easy to use, support team are THE BEST EVER!!! Great way for me in New Zealand to have this platform available as we have limited platforms down here that don't take a huge % of your funds! My gifters find it easy to use and have never had any issues.
