Over a year later: five stars! I’ve used Wishtender for over a year now, so I feel confident giving the platform a 5-star rating! For content creators of any and all kind, this is an amazing service, but ESPECIALLY for industries deemed “difficult to bank”. Finally we have a site for credit card payments with no chargebacks. I have automatic payouts set, so I don’t even have to go in and push them through! The team advocates for their wishers and doesn’t allow us to be hit by fraudulent chargebacks. I was really nervous to try yet another new wishlist system, but this is far beyond what I was expecting and has become a core part of how I run things.

First time user experience This was my first time using Wishtender and being a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to technology, I had, what turned out to be numerous questions regarding how the system worked that were not on the FAQ. I found the site easily navigatable and proceeded to the chat room. On every single occasion the response time was relatively quick and my questions were answered succinctly and politely, at no time did I ever feel I was just being a nuisance. After my questions were answered I felt comfortable to proceed with my purchase and everything went exactly how I was told it would. It was refreshing to deal with a company that offered such good service, which is a very rare commodity these days. I can highly recommend wishtender, it certainly made 2 people very happy.
