They shipped my order to Washington… They shipped my order to Washington state when I live in NJ. I know my address. I put in the correct address for shipping so why the hell did it get sent to WA??????? I gave my order extra time to arrive bc of all the natural disasters but when I actually looked into it, I noticed the incorrect address. I'm so frustrated. Never shopping here again! Should have paid the extra $15 at Lowe's for something way more reliable! I better get my money back or sent out my product. I'm pissed.

I had noticed the box repackaged and… I had noticed the box repackaged and damaged...thought nothing of it until I opened the package a few days later...10 inches of the roll is cracked apart...still sealed in the original plastic... New one was shipped to me...great communication
