Better than many others We acquired a diagnostic tool to be used on BMW diagnostics systems, bought from the internet some three years ago. We never did get it going properly. When we contacted the vendor just recently they were not interested in helping us due to the time that had elapsed. However we were offered help for an additional fee. Boy we were seriously ripped off. I have been in possession of a generic diagnostic tool from OBD services for some five or more years and in that time I have received help reinstalling the tool without question.
