GBSadly disappointing I would have given them five stars easily before they added those games. Also, I find it very irritating that they respond with the same thing over and over. Very depersonalized and all around disappointing. They say we are important to them yet they aren’t listening. People are not liking their new games yet they stubbornly continue. Very sad. So disappointing.

GBThis app is the worst … This app is the worst they will scam you ever chance they get, pay attention to your receipts they will not give you all your points. They make you chase them down and eventually they totally stop responding. Don’t waste your time with monopoly go they scammed me out of 13,000 points. Don’t have time for there crappy customer service.

GBHaving had this experience with Fetch… Having had this experience with Fetch is so rewarding. The whole experience for me is being able to get points and letting them add up gives me time to decide what I'm going to do with the points after redeeming them. It may be a time when I can redeem it for a gift card to my favorite restaurant,or entertainment purposes (Google Play) or gift cards for my grandkids. However, you guys can improve the time feature by allowing us to get the rewards as soon as it is purchased instead of having to wait 72hrs.. Other than that I have no complaints.

GBJust trying to help Easy to use usually except a little confusing for an older person like myself to correct a receipt that a bonus’s that good for a month . Didn’t see anything about bonus . The steps are confusing , why only 3 days , to me with everyone so busy work , family , kids, ect . Why not a week to help everyone out more .

GBQuick customer service I've been scanning receipts for a while on Fetch and never had a problem. Until yesterday when it wouldn't accept a two day old receipt because it thought it was from 2017. I requested a manual review and they still rejected my receipt. I moved on to the next step in the process, contacting support. Withing two hours I was contacted by Jay. He told me they fixed the problem and he gave me some helpful tips for scanning my receipts in the future so this doesn't happen again. It was kind of a lot of work for a 25 point receipt but like I said initially I've never had a problem before and it was impressive how quick they fixed it. Thanks Jay!
