Seems to me after reading reviews the problems come in with pre-purchases. I have not pre-purchased any myself so I can't say. But games that are out already, I can, 5 stars, fast, easy and the global keys work in the former USA now turned tyrannical dictatorship that is destroying our constitutional republic and weaponizing it's courts and federal agencies against "We the People". Great service! Was a little skeptical at first as you should before buying a game from a website you just found. Decided to jump and get Dragon's Dogma 2 and quite great service I must say. I also like that right before you press the purchase button - it will prompt for like 3 questions that you must approve that indeed you buy for Steam, indeed you are in the right region etc... It will eliminate any type of potential purchase mistake. Great stuff all in all!

Quality customer service! Requested a refund after buying a key for the wrong reigion (not viewed). No refund after a few days so I raised a ticket; apparently they had not recieved a ticket from my email, but the speed and quality of customer service after I raised said ticket was exemplary. After raising the ticket, the refund was issued in less than 20 minutes!
