Seems to me after reading reviews the problems come in with pre-purchases. I have not pre-purchased any myself so I can't say. But games that are out already, I can, 5 stars, fast, easy and the global keys work in the former USA now turned tyrannical dictatorship that is destroying our constitutional republic and weaponizing it's courts and federal agencies against "We the People". I also like that right before you press the purchase button - it will prompt for like 3 questions that you must approve that indeed you buy for Steam, indeed you are in the right region etc...
