No refund after a few days so I raised a ticket; apparently they had not recieved a ticket from my email, but the speed and quality of customer service after I raised said ticket was exemplary. After raising the ticket, the refund was issued in less than 20 minutes!

Failed Purchase due to VPN If you use a VPN this vendor will require you to disconnect from it in order to successfully make a purchase. It’s absurd and dated. No, i will not turn my VPN off, especially on shared wifi. Get with the times. Many, many people use VPNs nowadays.
