Quality customer service! Requested a refund after buying a key for the wrong reigion (not viewed). No refund after a few days so I raised a ticket; apparently they had not recieved a ticket from my email, but the speed and quality of customer service after I raised said ticket was exemplary. After raising the ticket, the refund was issued in less than 20 minutes!

Great service! Was a little skeptical at first as you should before buying a game from a website you just found. Decided to jump and get Dragon's Dogma 2 and quite great service I must say. I also like that right before you press the purchase button - it will prompt for like 3 questions that you must approve that indeed you buy for Steam, indeed you are in the right region etc...
