I ordered a pair of pants from an Italian retailer and the customer service team personally sent me updates with the product’s location. When it arrived and didn’t fit, they helped me arrange the return. I forgot about it for about a week and missed the return window by two days, but they were able to speak with the original retailer and make an exception.

GBThank s a lot Joseph I never received the dress , because DHL need to much information SSN that I don’t have . I am Peruvian . And I have to pay 45 dollars to bring back the dress to Dubai . Joseph , do I lot effort for me to receive the dress . I am sad that I can received . Thank you Joseph
