Really great customer service! Really great customer service. I ordered a pair of pants from an Italian retailer and the customer service team personally sent me updates with the product’s location. When it arrived and didn’t fit, they helped me arrange the return. I forgot about it for about a week and missed the return window by two days, but they were able to speak with the original retailer and make an exception.

Absolutely outstanding customer… Absolutely outstanding customer experience!! Sami and her vendor went above and beyond to help me resolve an unforeseen issue and even paid out of their own pockets to ensure it would be taken care of. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!
