Good for gift cards, not loyalty program Prizeout has been a reliable way of getting gift card prizes from the various gaming sites I use. So, you can trust them in that regard. However, if you have a problem, their customer service is terrible. I wanted to connect my Prizeout account to every site I've won gift cards from, so I could get the promised loyalty bonuses. However, there is no option to log into an existing Prizeout account from any partner site except the first one I received a prize from. There is only an option to create a new account. If you try to bypass that by putting your existing account into the new account creation screen, it will just give you an error. I tried to contact them for help, and I couldn't tell if I was speaking to a bot or a person who didn't know how to read. We went back and forth several times with them giving irrelevant responses to my questions before I figured out that their system simply isn't capable of allowing you to log in and get loyalty points from more than one of their partner websites. I'm frankly shocked at how poor their web design and customer service is.

Well worth it... I love the fast timeline you have with Luckland and Chumba Casinos on same day approved and received. Wish all of your casino online had this fast service also. Only BIG downfall is you take away the ones I use the most. I think you should have options for the ones we want more rather then the ones you want us to get. Other than that I think your guys are doing a great job.
