This website sells knock-off and copied designs from actual designers, often using the actual image from the original website. The item you receive will be very low quality and only vaguely resemble what you order. If you like something you see on the website, do a reverse image search to find the actual item and support independent designers and artists and not scam websites.

The customer service for the companies so far have been either good or great. You will likely be paying the shipping cost to return items unless you get lucky.
