Resolved and issue with a large amount of cashback I had trouble getting a large amount of cashback from a single and my first transaction and this company reached out to the vendor to solve the issue. It took a few months, but they regularly sent me updates through the whole process. I am very pleased how this was handled and the minimal effort I had to put into resolving the issue.
