The paperwork was extensive as you would imagine but they made it a very seamless process. As it turned out, the resort had a right of first refusal and ultimately purchased my unit. Again, SMTN handled the transfer and the resort paid me my purchase price and sent SMTN their commission direct.

All the Hype & no offers, disapointing. I agree with Stac B, signed up, promised the TRUE VALUE, encouraged to drop price to practically giving your Time Share away. Did not receive one offer, & eventually after over 18months or more, disappear. Waste of money & time. Take that money & pay towards paying off your Time Share. Will be a great place for buyers, Cos you are encouraged to drop your price to give away rates!!
