Great website :) I know a website which sells used sex toys sounds sketchy, but it's nothing of the sort! A good interface to filter according to different parameters, and great prices too! I bought two toys from two separate sellers and it was great. Quick communication and quickly received the packages, all as advertised. Most sold toys are new (package open but unused), and - as website policy - the used ones must be sterilised! I disinfected mine at arrival too, and all was good :D Very satisfied!

Good site It's a legit site, and the customer service/moderation is extremely proactive--almost hand-holdingly so, I wonder how they can afford to run the site in such a labor-intensive way, lol. They clearly care about protecting all their users and creating a good experience for everyone, and it's a good place to find sex toys at a discount. I feel if anything they're *overzealous* on the sanitization requirements, like you have to actually take a photo of it being sanitized, which is just an extra bother, especially if you already sanitized it and now have to do it again for the photo op. I also honestly worry the sanitization instructions might not be clear enough on how to avoid damaging toys by sanitizing them--some toys that are "waterproof" don't handle complete submersion including the handle well, I've had several personal toys break from that and it makes me anxious to see certain toys being fully submerged for the sanitizing, especially external ones that would be fine wiping down with alcohol. I've opened up "waterproof" toys that stopped working, where the internal screws were covered with rust...most toys that are "waterproof" are really more "splashproof." And since you're buying used, there isn't going to be a warranty. On the other side of it, they list UVC as an acceptable sanitization method--I think this should be removed, because while genuine UVC would work, most "UVC" devices on the market are just purple LEDs that don't sanitize anything at all, and most consumers can't tell the difference. They do take a pretty high cut of the sales price, which is probably how they create such a smooth and trustworthy experience and are so on top of everything that goes on on their site--like this is mostly a good thing, because this level of customer service is almost unheard of these days, but it does usually mean prices are a bit higher than they can be on places like Reddit, where there's less overhead for sellers. On the other hand, people get scammed sometimes on Reddit--especially when dealing with the indie toy market, and doing business here seems a lot safer if you don't know the reputation of the user you're buying from. I have had sellers flake on me (I tried to buy the item, but it was an older listing and they never responded) but I didn't lose any money on it, and the listing was hidden after that. I do think it's good to keep older listings around though, it would bother me more if they made it harder for old listings to stay around, so I have no complaints with the platform there--they're just a marketplace, they can't control completely what their users do, but they handle it well when their users don't do what they're supposed to. I have seen some comments indicating they have some kind of limit on how many listings are on the site? This might be a scaling/technical issue, but honestly it's sort of frustrating to both buyers and sellers if new listings can't go up because the old ones haven't sold yet. This might be a "growing pain" as they figure out how to scale the site, and I'm not even sure if they still do this, but I thought that was weird when I saw it. Overall, the site is very proactively, scrupulously run, and very trustworthy.

Seller was transparent and very honest with my questions. She shipped immediately by Priority mail. The item was in my hands in just 3 days! It looked immaculate... better than described. It had everything included (charger, booklet, and storage bag) and could've easily passed as "new, no box". I tested the battery life thoroughly and found it to be at full capacity. Absolutely thrilled to have found a $160 toy for only $50! All communication is monitored by the site. And funds aren't released until you go in and click the "Transaction is completed" button (which they ask you to do within 14 days). After that, the funds will auto-release to the seller. OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again!
