She was very friendly and provided guidance and reassurance. It shipped from Germany, and it arrived in about a week. The original purchase time was also quickly processed. Most importantly, when it arrived, it was packaged perfectly and in great shape, the same as the quality photos they posted. Price was also fair and we are very pleased with Pamono’s quality service.
