Vendor experience I'm a vendor on Pamono, I was really excited to join, unfortunately that soon changed. 1. Zero communication, don't answer emails 2 The automatic product uploads very slow to non-existent 3 They change all your prices without any communication. 4. in our opinion, it's the worst marketplace for sellers

I am now addicted. Communication was first rate before and after purchase with the items arriving six days ahead of schedule . The thirty year old Eames EA222 leather chair was in much better condition than I had expected at a very attractive price so I couldn’t be more pleased . The problem is I now feel I can really trust PAMONO and can’t keep away from the website looking for more items .

I have ordered A LOT of furniture from… I have ordered A LOT of furniture from Pamono. For a total of approx. 15'000 Euros or even more. The furniture is a bit expensive and also the shipping... then again it is being transported through whole of Europe and custom fees are already included in the price... so it's quite ok if you consider everything. All the ordered furniture was very well packed, in the condition I expected and were delivered as planned by helpful drivers. Pamono is just a very simple way to find exceptionnal pieces without spending too much time looking for them. I really enjoyed using Pamono and I recommend it.

Great service & selection, slower shipping but don’t mind Love their selection, I’ve found some really special pieces from Pamono and the pricing is a lot less egregious if you look in the right places vs 1stDibs. I know global shipping prices are also insane right now but it’s actually really nice that Pamono offers ocean freight as an option even though it’s slower. I’d rather not significantly increase my purchase price due to shipping costs (as it usually is with 1stDibs, eg $5000 item, $3500 shipping) since they only offer air freight. Their customer service is always responsive and you can actually reach them by phone. I’m a happy customer and would source from them again.

A reliable global marketplace … I’ve purchased a few items from different vendors. Over the years I’ve shopped the world from just about every platform and this ranks up there with the best of them. The quality of everything I have purchased met or exceeded my expectations. All items were received well packed, quickly and without incident.
