Customer service via email was prompt and professional from our initial inquiries to final delivery. ITChair is beautiful and is as described Chair is beautiful and is as described. It was in much better shape then a similar chair on an auction site which sold for much more. Delivery was excellent. They kept me informed as to date and time it would be delivered. Courier was very nice and helpful in getting it into my apartment.
