They kept me informed as to date and time it would be delivered. Courier was very nice and helpful in getting it into my apartment.

It was well packed and delivered by the time indicated at time of payment, with very detailed agreements on the exact delivery date and time by the driver. GBTerrible service, Sellers do not send items Terrible service. Seller sold item to me through these "people". paid in full Paypal. Week later chased and they put tracking as awaiting collection by Fedex. Chased every day for 4 weeks, still no tracking, NOT COLLECTED. Pamono stated next day..DID NOT HAPPEN. No reason. After 4 weeks , finally cancelled order. No explanation or apology .. A JOKE COMPANY AND SELLERS / POSSIBLE FRAUDS.
