Vintage Crystal Tower This was a gift to replace a vintage sculpture. Pamono’s customer service rep Christiane replied within a day to a few different emailed questions. She was very friendly and provided guidance and reassurance. It shipped from Germany, and it arrived in about a week. The original purchase time was also quickly processed. Most importantly, when it arrived, it was packaged perfectly and in great shape, the same as the quality photos they posted.
