It was well packed by the seller, the glass shade arrived in perfect condition and the wiring was ready to go as promised. Would definitely use Pamono again, love our unique light!

Terrible service, Sellers do not send items Terrible service. Seller sold item to me through these "people". paid in full Paypal. Week later chased and they put tracking as awaiting collection by Fedex. Chased every day for 4 weeks, still no tracking, NOT COLLECTED. Pamono stated next day..DID NOT HAPPEN. No reason. After 4 weeks , finally cancelled order. No explanation or apology .. A JOKE COMPANY AND SELLERS / POSSIBLE FRAUDS.

At the beginning they quoted me a delivery time, its was a few weeks away, but the most important thing was they kept their delivery date and the cabinet was delivered safely. Thanks guys!
