They kept me informed as to date and time it would be delivered. Courier was very nice and helpful in getting it into my apartment.

Customer service via email was prompt and professional from our initial inquiries to final delivery. It was well packed by the seller, the glass shade arrived in perfect condition and the wiring was ready to go as promised. Would definitely use Pamono again, love our unique light!

Terrible service, Sellers do not send items Terrible service. Seller sold item to me through these "people". paid in full Paypal. Week later chased and they put tracking as awaiting collection by Fedex. Chased every day for 4 weeks, still no tracking, NOT COLLECTED. Pamono stated next day..DID NOT HAPPEN. No reason. After 4 weeks , finally cancelled order. No explanation or apology .. A JOKE COMPANY AND SELLERS / POSSIBLE FRAUDS.
