SEBest part was the shipper Best part was the shipper , a third party from Poland. Fantastic. The worst part is communication. So cumbersome you can’t speak directly with seller. I had a very specific question about an antique dining table, and after four tries of misunderstanding (or language barrier), and days between answers, I just crossed my fingers and ordered. Also, it said I could make an offer, and I tried and tried, but could not make it work. I love the table, but I don’t think I will buy from them again.

Zero communication, don't answer emails 2 The automatic product uploads very slow to non-existent 3 They change all your prices without any communication. 4. in our opinion, it's the worst marketplace for sellers

GBI am now addicted. Communication was first rate before and after purchase with the items arriving six days ahead of schedule . The thirty year old Eames EA222 leather chair was in much better condition than I had expected at a very attractive price so I couldn’t be more pleased . The problem is I now feel I can really trust PAMONO and can’t keep away from the website looking for more items .

GBGreat service & selection, slower shipping but don’t mind Love their selection, I’ve found some really special pieces from Pamono and the pricing is a lot less egregious if you look in the right places vs 1stDibs. I know global shipping prices are also insane right now but it’s actually really nice that Pamono offers ocean freight as an option even though it’s slower. I’d rather not significantly increase my purchase price due to shipping costs (as it usually is with 1stDibs, eg $5000 item, $3500 shipping) since they only offer air freight. Their customer service is always responsive and you can actually reach them by phone. I’m a happy customer and would source from them again.

CAGreat service at every step We ordered a vintage Cassina sofa and chair set for delivery to Toronto Canada and had an excellent experience with Pamona at every step of the process. Customer service via email was prompt and professional from our initial inquiries to final delivery. The actual furniture was even nicer than in the photos and everything was extremely well packed for shipping.
