Great service at every step We ordered a vintage Cassina sofa and chair set for delivery to Toronto Canada and had an excellent experience with Pamona at every step of the process. Customer service via email was prompt and professional from our initial inquiries to final delivery. The actual furniture was even nicer than in the photos and everything was extremely well packed for shipping.

Best part was the shipper Best part was the shipper , a third party from Poland. Fantastic. The worst part is communication. So cumbersome you can’t speak directly with seller. I had a very specific question about an antique dining table, and after four tries of misunderstanding (or language barrier), and days between answers, I just crossed my fingers and ordered. Also, it said I could make an offer, and I tried and tried, but could not make it work. I love the table, but I don’t think I will buy from them again.

It was well packed and delivered by the time indicated at time of payment, with very detailed agreements on the exact delivery date and time by the driver. They kept me informed as to date and time it would be delivered. Courier was very nice and helpful in getting it into my apartment.
