The actual furniture was even nicer than in the photos and everything was extremely well packed for shipping.

It was well packed by the seller, the glass shade arrived in perfect condition and the wiring was ready to go as promised. Would definitely use Pamono again, love our unique light!

Best part was the shipper Best part was the shipper , a third party from Poland. Fantastic. The worst part is communication. So cumbersome you can’t speak directly with seller. I had a very specific question about an antique dining table, and after four tries of misunderstanding (or language barrier), and days between answers, I just crossed my fingers and ordered. Also, it said I could make an offer, and I tried and tried, but could not make it work. I love the table, but I don’t think I will buy from them again.
