Good communication, good feed in price but disappointed about heat pump Very good communication.Very good prices especially for energy export with Solar. However, I was disappointed on the heat pump installation as, after one month, I was told they could not install in my property after all. I think my installation was perhaps too difficult for them for the price they quoted. I would have been willing to pay more but their installations are standardised.
