Very grateful this website exists Very grateful this website exists. Where would we all be without Realself, really? The first time I had plastic surgery in 2004, it was not there to help and I know it would have helped in many ways. I am planning to go under the knife a second time sometime in the next year or so for my mommy makeover. This website has completely changed the process of researching, having and recovering from cosmetic surgery. So thankful for the website and all the contributors helping each other.

realself.com is amazing! I stumbled across realself.com googling about breast lifts and augmentation. It was so helpful reading everyone's stories and seeing pictures. I normally don't write many reviews but I had to share my experience. I'm hoping it will help someone else.

Very hard to navigate While I think the information is very valuable, but the site has changed so much since I first went on in 2017 and 2030, when I used it again. I find the realself site itself very hard to navigate, to follow people's stories, and to send photos. PLEASE give people a pixel limit BEFORE they submit anything, as I had to go back and knock down all my photos, causing my review to go away and I had to rewrite it from scratch. I also don't like that it is full of ads.

I've been a real self member since 2017… I've been a real self member since 2017 and I love that I can get real experiences from real people on this website! It helped me so much when making my decision on getting plastic surgery. Being able to see pictures and read about people's good and bad experiences was very helpful for me. I finally was able to have my surgery on January 18 and as soon as I was able posted my before and after pictures and experience with my surgery and dr for it to hopefully be able to help other people using this website. Thank you real self!

Happy to Share I have really enjoyed reading the stories of other women like me, just trying to navigate through this life and feel better about themselves after having babies, nursing, etc. I was nervous about posting pictures but I decided it was a safe space. I have a tummy tuck scheduled on June 10th and I’m both terrified and excited. I will continue to update and thank you for this platform!
