Very grateful this website exists Very grateful this website exists. Where would we all be without Realself, really? The first time I had plastic surgery in 2004, it was not there to help and I know it would have helped in many ways. I am planning to go under the knife a second time sometime in the next year or so for my mommy makeover. This website has completely changed the process of researching, having and recovering from cosmetic surgery. So thankful for the website and all the contributors helping each other.

Very hard to navigate While I think the information is very valuable, but the site has changed so much since I first went on in 2017 and 2030, when I used it again. I find the realself site itself very hard to navigate, to follow people's stories, and to send photos. PLEASE give people a pixel limit BEFORE they submit anything, as I had to go back and knock down all my photos, causing my review to go away and I had to rewrite it from scratch. I also don't like that it is full of ads.

I want to be able to edit my review I want to be able to edit my review. I made lots of typos. I want to be able to edit my title. I would like it to be more overall user friendly where instead of just updates I can post new posts on the same procedures. It’s confusing to read peoples’ updates and figure out their timelines. But overall, Realself is THE destination for all things plastic surgery and patient experience.
