A self-help book filled with adventures you can relate to and escape into another world. There may be a journal for you to express yourself in or write a book like I am. Every month is filled with words of affirmation as a postcard or a deck of cards to hand to others or keep for yourself. There may be a face mask or bath bomb, or foot scrub, for example, so that you can pamper yourself, and the smell of these items is so relaxing and rewarding. Every month has a different theme. It feels like Christmas throughout the year. So glad I signed up in April, and right now, it is only July. My mood has lifted even more since I discovered Passion & Growth.

GBDo not purchase - horrible customer service I purchased the 6 month subscription and the promo was a free tumbler. I received 1st box and tumbler. I used the tumbler once. When I was gently removing the straw to clean, the rubber piece came up with the straw. I reached out and was told they would replace if they had them in stock. After a week of hearing nothing, I reached out again and was told that it was my fault and they would not replace. The way they talked to me was horrible.
