Need to improve on their one touch resolution strategy. I ordered the wrong screen size and managed to arrange a return quickly and easily via the online returns form, the only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because it was unclear I had to arrange my own courier service for the return when I read the returns policy. I called the team and after a very long wait she’d given this information but referred me to arrange the courier via DPD which I started processing after the call, I checked dpd site who clearly stated my product was a prohibited item so I had to call Ebuyers back (again had to wait approx an hour to get through) and asked if they could arrange the courier service which again was very quick and easy and the agents remained polite and professional the entire time. I reordered another product right away. Had I been given the correct information and ALL the relevant options during my first call then it would’ve saved me a lot of time so I would’ve definitely given the company 5 stars. I would definitely recommend this company to others as the timescales from start to end have been impressive.
