GBI had previously wrote a negative… I had previously wrote a negative review for dealdash because of an interaction with customer service that left me feeling mistreated. Now I do not feel the negative review was unwarranted but I will say I removed it and now am posting this positive one because customer support reached out to me personally to discuss it to remedy the situation. That's the customer support team that I know and love. Everyone, don't let my last review hinder you from checking out dealdash. Because it's greater than any auction site or any other site like it. The support team is unbeatable at their profession. I know that sounds silly coming from me after the last review but if anything it should show the amount of empathy and compassion that they have. Dealdash, thanks for making me feel like part of the dealdash family!

GBI was 3 minutes from filling my meter… I was 3 minutes from filling my meter bar for 640 free bids and was working on taking my membership to the MIDDLE level when I was blocked. I started to complain about their secret bidders that would swoop in in the last seconds and was blocked. ALL MY MONEY I INVESTED IN FOR THE MIDDEL LEVEL WAS ALL TAKEN AWAY FROM ME ALONG WITH ALL THE BIDS I WAS ABOUT TO UNLOCK. THNX DEALBUST
