I believe Truegether gave a try at first to help me recover my purchase but later as the Christmas season rush unfolded, stopped communicating with me. I don't blame them for the dishonesty of the dropshipping company screwing me over, but I do blame them for not vetting out their partners who are fraudulent and will screw someone over.
