GBI would rate them less than 1 star if I… I would rate them less than 1 star if I could. I ordered a blouse. The shipment tracking was not updated for two weeks so I canceled the order before it shipped out. Garmentory’s customer service rep tried to discourage me from canceling the order and wait for the shipping to update, which is wrong on all accounts. My account was initially charged then credited back, after I cancelled the order. Three weeks later, the order shows up. Garmentory then informs me that they are going to recharge my account. By law, that is illegal since I canceled my order before it was shipped. As a ‘courtesy’ they said I could return the order within a week. However I am not at home so can’t ship it back by their return date. This is a shady, most disreputable company and I will never order from them again. Also, they have no customer service phone number, which is just bad business.

GBI love shopping Garmentory for its… I love shopping Garmentory for its unique and diverse styles and brands. You won’t find most of these brands at a regular department store so it’s very special.

CAIntentionally dense or fraudsters Either the people who work here are intentionally dense, or they are committing fraud by double charging provincial sales tax to Canadian customers. Each time I try to explain it to them, they tell me to contact the carrier, UPS, who then tells me to contact Garmentory. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY for Canadians unless you want to pay double the taxes on everything you buy.
