I would rate them less than 1 star if I… I would rate them less than 1 star if I could. I ordered a blouse. The shipment tracking was not updated for two weeks so I canceled the order before it shipped out. Garmentory’s customer service rep tried to discourage me from canceling the order and wait for the shipping to update, which is wrong on all accounts. My account was initially charged then credited back, after I cancelled the order. Three weeks later, the order shows up. Garmentory then informs me that they are going to recharge my account. By law, that is illegal since I canceled my order before it was shipped. As a ‘courtesy’ they said I could return the order within a week. However I am not at home so can’t ship it back by their return date. This is a shady, most disreputable company and I will never order from them again. Also, they have no customer service phone number, which is just bad business.

I love the diverse and wonderfully… I love the diverse and wonderfully curated selections. I've been able to buy harder to find items on Garmentory. I recently found the exact item I was looking for from the shop PIPE AND ROW, which I discovered through Garmentory. I've always experienced prompt shipping and the items are just as described.

Difficult to get followup Irresponsible company with bad customer service. Purchased item with promised delivery date of 3 to 5 days. No tracking number followed and contacting Garmentory was very difficult. They have robo text message system that does not provide an answer. Email response, there is nothing they can do, and have no idea the status of shipping. Trying to cancel but can't do that either. Still didn't get answer regarding status of delivery or cancellation. Finally responded saying seller is a small business and they can not get hold of them to find out the status. That is non of my business and it is ridiculous excuse for not sending my purchase. Stick with site that has real customer service who can provide a solution and not just with email responds to tell me they have no idea.

I had a great experience with this… I had a great experience with this store. I mistakenly provided the wrong shipping address, resulting in the loss of my items. However, they handled the situation with exceptional kindness. The customer service was outstanding, and I highly recommend this store.

My Favorite Source Garmentory continues to be my favorite site. The fact that I can save something and they’ll notify when it goes on sale is everything. I’ve been able to source so many designer/high quality pieces that will live in my wardrobe for a very long time.
