Amazing alternative to other platforms I started selling on My Community Made early last year. I also have an Etsy shop. MCM is by far more user-friendly, and the fees, if any, are reasonable. I don’t feel lost on this platform as I do on Etsy. Vendor support is beyond amazing. There is always a quick response and a solution to any problem, even if you’re not that techy. There are also periodic updates on any changes to the platform; they keep their vendors well informed. They are constantly working on improving this platform for sellers as well as buyers. I try to direct most of my social media traffic to MCM. I particularly appreciate how they monitor the site and are always responsive to any suggestions for improvement. If you’re a seller, you have to give this platform a try, you won’t regret it. They even have a free plan to list items. If you’re a buyer who appreciates truly handmade products at a fair price, this is the platform for you. It is a new platform and is growing, and I hope to grow right along with it. Traffic to my shop is slowly increasing. All in all, I’m extremely happy with this platform, the user support the low fees are something I don’t get on Etsy. I am extremely happy on this platform, and would definitely recommend it to any seller or buyer.

My Community Made Offers the Best Seller Support I started selling online in 2015 and I have sold on Etsy, eBay, Amazon Handmade, Bonanza and Go Imagine prior to finding My Community Made. As an experienced seller in the handmade arena, I have to say that My Community Made impresses me as the platform that supports sellers best with fast responses from humans rather than bots. It's easy to set up shop on MCM and I appreciate that they monitor the platform to ensure it stays true to it's handmade and vintage product commitment. This is a true benefit for me as a seller, but it also serves the greater community by guaranteeing that the handmade items offered are genuine handmade goods produced here in the US by individuals and small businesses. The support I have received has been amazing and beyond anything I've experienced on any of the other platforms that I've sold on over the years. I encourage family and friends to shop for true handmade items on My Community Made and I encourage handcrafters to join MCM to sell in a supportive environment on a platform that is rich with features that make it easy to sell online. I'm grateful everyday that I found this platform and I look forward to growing my business here in the years to come.

Happy to have found MCM I sell on Etsy and on My Community Made. MCM by far is much more seller friendly, there are far less fees and actually living and breathing people in the USA ready to help and easily reached. I can't say any of this about Etsy, where I've had a successful store for years. I am happy to have found MCM early 2023 and have been selling there, also, since March 2023.

What are you waiting for? Sign up already! I have not been using My Community Made for very long but here are some of my observations: The site is easy to navigate, it gives you the freedom to present your approved items however you wish with regards to design. Communication with support is remarkable. Not only to any questions I have had but there is also frequent communication advising of changes and updates both in place and projected. I have seen good traffic through my shop. No doubt as more people become familiar with the site, vendor success will increase. There are plans to fit any budget with a really good deal for $0. I see advertising daily. There are videos available on you tube to help with various topics. I need a step by step for SEO (I don’t speak the lingo, I just type something in until the bar goes green) I know I can do better and I believe they are working on a new video to help with that. In short, as a vendor I feel a lot is being done to assist me. As a shopper I understand the hesitation, it’s new but I believe it’s going to be great!!

Incredible platform for sellers of handmade goods. Incredible platform for handmade vendors and buyers alike! Any technical issues are dealt with promptly, and if they cannot be quickly fixed then the web developer takes the time to explain why in terms that are easy for anyone to understand. Web developer also takes any and all recommendations and ideas for site improvement into consideration, often implementing them within a short amount of time following IT request, when feasible. Constant improvements to interface are being made to ensure the overall effectiveness and ease of use of the site for all. Web developer seems to genuinely care about everyone who uses the site and goes to great pains to ensure a positive experience is had by everyone. Scam vendors are dealt with extremely quickly as well, ensuring the safety of potential buyers and the integrity of all vendors. Vendor interface has everything a seller needs and more compared to sites like Etsy. Current listing package is extremely affordable and well worth it. Developer also goes to great lengths to advertise vendor products on their own, which is pretty much unheard of, though extra advertising packages are available to vendors as well. Overall this site operates on high integrity and is truly a safe and welcoming place for vendors and buyers alike.
