I can be a very frustrating customer to a live agent when I don’t understand something. shopping.io ‘s agents helped me understand and held my hand through the entire process. They made it too easy. Problems with international orders So far my experience shopping from Mexico has been really bad, I bought a laptop almost 2 months ago and the team still don't send me a shipping tracking number, that means I will get my product 3 or 4 months after purchase date, also shopback was assigned then removed, that means I will get less shopback now that price is higher. Far from what I expected. Would not recommend for international orders.
