GRI give 5 star for the help of costumers… I give 5 star for the help of costumers service, when the laptop that buy from them,by mistake dont have the charger on the packet, they ask me polite apologize and told me to buy one new from my country to receive it more faster and after they will give me the cost back.. They keep his promise so i give 5 star for this and for the laptop that is as i expect, good for the reason that i choice.
